We hope you love your Merak Limited purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help you with returns.

 

Eligibility for Returns:

Return Period: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns for items marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: Email our team at [Contact@meraklimited.info] with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorisation: We’ll provide you with a Return Authorisation Number and instructions.

Shipping: Ship your items back using the label we provide.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

UK Shipping: Free for orders over £70. Standard shipping rates apply for orders below £70.

Shipping Times:

UK: 2-4 business days (Standard)

UK: 1-2 business days (Express)

UK: Next day 

Tracking:

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
